As an intern at Allbirds, I proposed we create a living Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) webpage so our stakeholders and shareholders could hold us accountable to our DEIB goals and values.
Using my web development and UI/UX skills from my management consulting days, I led an end-to-end process of creating Allbirds’ first DEIB webpage.
Between employee interviews and collaborating with people analytics and creative teams, this was a priceless experience. What I enjoyed most, was the research of consumer and employee psychology. How would individuals and employees perceive our stated values and metrics?
